What kind of plans does CloudBridal offer?
CloudBridal offers 3 different plans, depending on the needs of your bridal shop:
- Basic: A cost effective plan that doesn’t compromise on essential functionality. Effective for smaller bridal shops.
- Core: The plan that offers a great value with a rich set of features. A good option for medium-sized bridal shops.
- Ultimate: The plan with the most power and no restrictions. Use all features and create as many users as you want.

Do staff members that use the time tracker count toward my bill?
The staff member time tracking feature is only available with the Ultimate plan.
Only users that you invite to have an account for CloudBridal will count toward your bill. Staff members that you set up who will only use the Time Tracker feature to punch in and punch out do not count toward your bill.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your subscription at any time for any reason directly in the system. You will not be charged for the next billing period unless you choose to reactivate your subscription. You will also be allowed to continue using CloudBridal until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Since we offer a no-commitment 30 day free trial, you can see exactly whether CloudBridal is right for you. If you choose to subscribe to CloudBridal, any billing period that you have paid for cannot be refunded. However, even if you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to CloudBridal for the remainder of that billing period.
What is your billing cycle?
The billing cycle is based on when you register. After you register, your 30 day free trial will begin. Even if you subscribe on day 1 of your trial, you will still have 30 days to use the system for free. After those 30 days, you will be billed on a month by month basis automatically until you choose to cancel your subscription. If you wish to change your billing cycle, you can contact us and we would be happy to help you.
Which payment methods do you accept?
At the moment we only accept credit card. We use Stripe as our payments processor, so all payments are handled through their system automatically. We do not personally store any details about your credit card.
Do you offer a longer trial period?
