Frequently Asked Questions

Although CloudBridal is based out of the U.S., there are no restrictions on using it in other countries. In fact, we support several different localization options such as currency, phone number format, date format, and more. You should also be aware that English is the only supported language at this time.

Our payment processor, Stripe, will automatically convert your currency into USD relative to the prices listed in the above pricing table. Since exchange rates can fluctuate, there is no guarantee that the charge will be the same month-to-month.

You can cancel your subscription at any time for any reason directly in the system. You will not be charged for the next billing period unless you choose to reactivate your subscription. You will also be allowed to continue using CloudBridal until the end of your current billing period.

Since we offer a no-commitment 30 day free trial, you can see exactly whether CloudBridal is right for you. If you choose to subscribe to CloudBridal, any billing period that you have paid for cannot be refunded. However, even if you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to CloudBridal for the remainder of that billing period.

 

The billing cycle is based on when you register. After you register, your 30 day free trial will begin. After those 30 days pass, you can choose to subscribe by entering a credit card number in the subscription settings. If you do that, you will be billed on a monthly basis automatically until you choose to cancel your subscription.

At the moment we only accept credit card. We use Stripe as our payments processor, so all payments are handled through their system automatically. We do not personally store any details about your credit card.

Absolutely, if you cancel the subscription and then choose to subscribe again at a later date, you can reactive your subscription. You will simply need to contact CloudBridal support by emailing support@cloudbridal.com or through the Contact Us page.

Your data will remain in the system in case you choose to subscribe again in the future. Upon request, we can also permanently delete your data from the system if you contact CloudBridal support by emailing support@cloudbridal.com or through the Contact Us page.
