Public booking
Your logo, your colors, your fonts — with photos and descriptions for every appointment type. Brides book against your real room and staff availability — from any device — and confirmed appointments land straight on your calendar.

Client portal
Every bride gets her own page: a countdown to her day, order progress, what’s paid and what’s due next, and documents to sign — branded to your boutique. It’s the feature that answers "just checking in on my dress" before the phone rings. Included with the Ultimate plan; BridalLive prices its portal as a $110/month add-on.

Customers & payments
The order and its status, the payment plan with every scheduled installment, notes from her last visit, uploads, and her next fitting — one screen, no tab-hopping. Payment schedules and balances stay visible in one place.

Appointments
Rooms, stylists, appointment types, and durations are all first-class: consultations in the Rose Suite, fittings with your seamstress, pending public requests waiting at the top. Tasks due each day sit right on the calendar.

Inventory showcase
Want brides browsing before they visit? Publish a curated, branded showcase — you choose which collections appear, whether prices show, even whether designer names are visible. Brides favorite the gowns they love, and their favorites are waiting in their appointment record when they walk in. Entirely optional: boutiques that keep their collection offline simply leave it off.

Boutiques that did this comparison
These are their words from our public reviews — boutique owners who evaluated multiple systems before choosing CloudBridal.
My name is Patricia Matthews and I own two bridal stores in South Carolina and have been in business going on 5 years. I started with Everywhere Bridal and was very happy with their software for duration I was with them. But they merged with Bridal Live and before I decided to sign on with Bridal Live, I wanted to research all of my options. I Googled all for bridal softwares and several come up. I did do several trials with other companies and found that Cloud Bridal was good fit for me due to it being user friendly and the great customer support I received when was trying to navigate thru the software. I highly recommend Cloud Bridal to anyone in the bridal industry.

I learned about CloudBridal through a Bridal Owners Facebook group. We had never used a Bridal CRM before, so we when started looking into the options that were available we spent quite a bit of time researching the options. BridalLive was the the big company, but we just loved that Cloud had more flexibility. They don't force you to use certain POS systems, and other bridal shops loved their customer service so we decided to give CloudBridal a try. I'm so glad that we did! The system is so easy to work with and the customer service is amazing! Stan has made several little additions to the system that have made it even easier to use! I would recommend CloudBridal to anyone that owns a bridal salon of any size!

I have a large bridal boutique in Kent, England. I trialed a few systems and came back to Cloud Bridal, its simple to use, it can do everything you need it to, its intuitive, so easy for staff to use. The reports are great, in-depth, yet so straight forward to use and most importantly find. The support is incredible, the online help is so easy to follow. If you are considering this system, I would not hesitate to go with this one, I like simple systems that can do everything easily, this is it, CloudBridal all the way.

My name is Katie and I own Something Blue in Iowa. We have literally tried every bridal shop POS out there and there isn't one that I have found that outshines Cloud Bridal. Your customer service is second to none, you're open to feedback, and easy to work with!

Good to know
Common questions from boutiques comparing CloudBridal and BridalLive.
For many boutiques, yes. Both are built specifically for bridal shops and cover appointments, inventory, special orders, and point of sale. CloudBridal stands out on transparent published pricing, plans that include the essentials (client portal and rentals are part of the plan rather than paid add-ons), month-to-month billing, and the freedom to keep your existing payment processor. The best way to know is the 30-day free trial — no credit card required.
BridalLive also sells paid services beyond its software — marketing, website design, and an online storefront — which CloudBridal doesn’t offer. If buying those services from your software vendor is a must-have, that’s ground CloudBridal doesn’t cover. For running the boutique itself — appointments, inventory, special orders, payments, and the client portal — CloudBridal keeps those workflows within its subscription plans, with published pricing and month-to-month terms.
Yes — our done-for-you migration service moves your customers, inventory, and sales history into CloudBridal for you. It’s a one-time $750, and we credit $250 back toward your subscription. Contact us and we’ll confirm the details for your shop before anything begins.
CloudBridal publishes every price: $80/month (Basic), $120/month (Core), and $180/month (Ultimate), with no setup fees and no long-term contract. BridalLive does not publish base plan pricing — you’ll need to contact their sales team for a quote — and features like the client portal ($110/month) and tuxedo rentals ($99/month) are priced as separate add-ons.
Yes. The CloudBridal client portal gives each bride her own page with her order, payment status, documents, and upcoming appointments — branded to your boutique. It’s included with the Ultimate plan rather than sold as a separate monthly add-on.
No. CloudBridal integrates with Stripe for fully-integrated payments, but you can also keep the processor you already use in-store, or mix both — for example, Stripe for online booking fees and your existing terminal for in-store sales.
Yes. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial that you can set up yourself in minutes — no credit card and no sales call required. Many switching boutiques run the trial alongside their current system before committing.
