Effective Date: October 22, 2026
CloudBridal is operated by Cloud Innovations LLC. Besides our own sites, we host websites for the bridal shops that use CloudBridal. We respect copyright and respond to notices of claimed infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

What a notice must include
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature, as the copyright owner or someone authorized to act for them.
- The copyrighted work you believe is infringed, or a representative list if several works are covered by one notice.
- The material you believe is infringing, and enough information for us to find it, such as the page's web address.
- Your name, postal address, phone number and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for them.
A notice that knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing can make the sender liable for damages (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)).
What we do
When we receive a valid notice, we remove or disable access to the material and tell the shop or person who provided it. They may send a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) if they believe it was removed by mistake, and we handle it as that section provides.
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of shops and users who repeatedly infringe others' copyright.
