Can I import my existing inventory?
Yes. CloudBridal provides Excel import templates for inventory, customers, and appointments, with a verification step that catches problems before anything is committed. For shops switching from another bridal system, we also offer a paid data migration service that does the heavy lifting for you.
How does CloudBridal handle gown sizes and colors?
Items support varieties — size and color variations with their own stock levels and pricing. You see availability per variant, so you know you have the 12 in ivory, not just "some" of the style.
Can I print barcode labels?
Yes. Label printing is built in on the Core plan and above, and label scanning at the counter is available on Ultimate. Labels tie back to the exact item and variant.
How do purchase orders work with special orders?
When a bride orders a gown you don’t stock, the customer purchase order links her order to the vendor order. You can track ordered, received, and delivered states, and the bride can be notified automatically the day her gown arrives.
How do I do a physical stock count?
The true-up tool walks you through counting sections of your store and reconciles differences against system stock, so periodic counts take an afternoon instead of a closed weekend.
Can brides see my inventory online?
On the Ultimate plan, the Inventory Showcase publishes a curated public catalog you control item by item — with collections, featured gowns, and bride favorites that carry into appointments.
Does inventory track services and alterations too?
Yes. Alterations, fees, and services are first-class items that live alongside physical stock, so a receipt with a gown, a veil, and three alterations is one clean order.
Which plan do I need?
Core inventory management is included from the Basic plan. Label printing and purchase orders come with Core; label scanning, the online showcase, automatic image search, and spreadsheet import are part of Ultimate.
