The General Settings page is where you can configure system-wide settings that affect your entire CloudBridal experience, including business information, localization preferences, and customer-facing options.

Business Settings
Configure your core business information that will be displayed across various customer touchpoints:
- Business Name: The name of your bridal shop that appears in customer-facing areas like receipts, quotes, emails, and more.
- Owner's Email Address: The email address associated with the store owner, used for important administrative correspondence from CloudBridal.
- Business Address: The physical address of your store that appears on receipts, quotes, emails, and other customer communications. The system will automatically parse your address to ensure proper formatting.
- Business Phone: Your store's phone number that appears on receipts, quotes, emails, and other customer communications.
- Business Email Address: The main email address used for automated communications such as customer appointment requests.
Logo Settings
Your logo is a crucial part of your brand identity in CloudBridal. When you upload a logo, it appears in:
- Receipts and quotes
- Appointment scheduler
- Client portal
- Email communications
- Inventory showcase
For optimal results:
- Upload a high-quality image with a transparent background
- The system will automatically resize your logo as needed
- You can preview your logo immediately after upload
- You can easily replace or remove your logo at any time
Localization Settings
Customize how information is displayed throughout your CloudBridal experience:
- Currency Symbol: The currency symbol displayed throughout the application (defaults to $)
- Phone Number Format: Define how phone numbers display using the # character to represent digits (e.g., (###) ###-####)
- Country Code: Sets your business location and affects various regional settings.
- Sales Tax Label: Customize the tax terminology that appears on receipts and orders (e.g., "Tax", "VAT", "GST")
- Time Zone: Sets your business time zone for accurate scheduling and reporting
- Customer-Facing Language: Choose the language for customer-facing features like the appointment scheduler and client portal:
- English (default)
- Spanish
- Czech
- Norwegian
Note: The staff interface remains in English regardless of the customer-facing language setting.
Email Configuration
If email features are enabled for your account, you can customize your email signature. This signature will be automatically appended to all customer communications and includes:
- Rich text formatting options
- Support for AI-assisted signature creation
- Ability to include contact information, business hours, and policies
The signature appears at the bottom of all automated emails sent to your customers, helping maintain consistent branding and communication.
