Multi-Store Support

CloudBridal offers multi-store support, allowing you to link multiple stores and easily switch between them. This feature is helpful for bridal shops with multiple locations that need to be managed under a single account.

Setting Up Additional Stores

To add a new store location to your account:

  1. Go to Additional Stores in the Settings menu
  2. Click Add New Store
  3. Enter the required store details
  4. Click Create Store

Switching Between Stores

Once you have multiple stores configured, switching between them is simple:

  1. Click the store name displayed in the center of the top navigation bar
  2. Select the store you want to switch to from the dropdown
  3. The system will reload with the selected store's data

The top navigation bar always shows your current active store for easy reference.

Best Practices for Multi-Store Management

When working with multiple store locations, consider these best practices:

  1. Standardize Naming Conventions: Use consistent naming for inventory items across stores
  2. Coordinate Store Hours: Set accurate hours for each location for appointment booking
  3. Access Management: Carefully control which staff members can access each store
